| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: The Decatur Police Department Emergency Response Team (ERT) has identified the need and value of purchasing short-barreled rifles for use by the Decatur Police Department Emergency Response Team. This purchase will allow for a weapons system that is universal for all ERT members. This also allows for consistency in training and use, and universal equipment knowledge by the team members. |
